Complete transformation of a service business: How do you truly digitalise a company running on Facebook posts, Excel and Trello? It took seeing that a project can be a course, a project item can be a participant, and a Kanban board can be a calendar.

Where another company handles the administration: Our job was "simply" to provide a map-based route planner and help sort products into the right storage locations — all tied together with webshop integration and web app solutions.

It takes time and effort: A custom solution doesn't grow on trees. It requires work, thinking and building together for the outcome to be truly valuable.
Feeling isn't enough — understanding is: A "nice to have" mindset isn't something we can work with. There need to be processes, responsible people and a vision — then the collaboration can work.
I say it because it's true: Once we've agreed, written it down and planned it, we stick to it. If the plan turns out to be wrong, we fix it and start again. But we don't change our minds — and we ask the same of you.
This costs money: Beyond the time and effort invested, a good solution requires financial commitment. There's no "let's try it" option here, because there's nothing ready to try.

Of course, this isn't everything
